Description

This painting was the emotional catharsis of watching healthcare professionals, being attacked, by Mobbs, lawyers, and the press.

Being soft targets, the poor healthcare professionals get physically attacked by angry relatives( 54 doctors have been murdered by patient relatives in India), tortured at the courts by lawyers (litigation against doctors is steeply rising in India), and constantly cavilled at by the press.

If the Goddess of Justice is indeed watching this travesty, then there is no doubt that she would be shedding tears of blood.

The caduceus, or the staff with the snake wound around it, is the symbol of physicians. Here its tail is twisted into a question mark, as if to ask why things have gotten to this head.
